Karen has completed the certificate training program in massage therapy at Oakland Community College (OCC). She has successfully completed the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and is an active member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) www.abmp.com. She continues her education today by taking continuing education credit courses. During her internship through OCC, she worked at North Oakland Medical Center, physical therapy department.
